Terms of Service

The service

LandscaperPro provides quoting, scheduling, and lead-management tools for paver, hardscape, and landscaping contractors, including public estimate-request pages and embeddable quote widgets. By submitting a request or using the service you agree to these terms. LandscaperPro is a service operated by JackMorgan.xyz LLC.

Estimates generated by the service are good-faith approximations based on the information you provide and publicly available imagery. They are not binding offers; final pricing is set by the contractor after reviewing the job.

Notifications

LandscaperPro sends transactional email notifications related to estimate and service requests: estimate deliveries to homeowners, and new-lead / job-offer alerts plus account and billing notices to contractors registered on the platform. Contractors may also call you about your request.

Automated homeowner text messages are optional. They are sent only after an affirmative opt-in and relate to the submitted project, such as an acknowledgment, estimate-scheduling follow-up, or requested Concept link. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe; only a later START reply from the same number restores messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We do not send marketing messages.

Contractor messaging responsibilities

Contractors using LandscaperPro authorize us and our messaging providers to deliver transactional project messages under the contractor's name. Contractors and API integrations may record SMS consent only after the homeowner has affirmatively agreed to receive those messages, and must retain evidence of that opt-in. They may not use these tools for cold outreach, purchased lists, or bulk advertising, and must honor all opt-out requests.

Acceptable use

You agree to submit accurate information and only request estimates for properties where you are authorized to do so. We may suspend access for abuse, fraud, or unlawful use.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LandscaperPro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Work performed at your property is contracted between you and the contractor.
