Who we are

LandscaperPro (“we”, “us”) is a quoting and lead-management platform used by paver, hardscape, and landscaping contractors. Homeowners use LandscaperPro-powered pages and widgets to request estimates from those contractors. LandscaperPro is a service operated by JackMorgan.xyz LLC.

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, book an appointment, or ask for a callback, we collect the information you submit: your name, phone number, email address, project address, photos you upload, and project details. We also log interactions with contractor contact channels we operate (calls, texts, emails, and page visits) so the contractor can follow up on your request and measure where their inquiries come from.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• prepare and deliver the estimate or appointment you requested;
• connect you with the contractor (or contractor in their network) who will perform the work;
• send transactional notifications about your request by email and, only after your affirmative opt-in, automated text message;
• operate, secure, and improve the service.

We do not sell your personal information. On our own marketing and signup pages, we use optional advertising measurement only after you choose “Allow analytics.”

Cookies and advertising measurement

Essential cookies keep you signed in, preserve security state, and remember your privacy choice. They are required for the service and cannot be switched off through the cookie banner.

If you allow analytics, we load PostHog, Meta, Google Ads, and OpenAI Ads measurement on our marketing and signup pages. These tools help us understand which free tools and ads lead to a signup. Where supported, we send privacy-preserving hashed identifiers and the page or ad-attribution context so browser and server events can be matched and deduplicated. Choosing “Essential only” prevents those optional scripts and events; the bid builder and signup continue to work.

You can reopen “Privacy choices” on a marketing or signup page at any time to change your selection.

Phone and text contact

If you provide your phone number when requesting an estimate, booking, or callback, you consent to receive calls from the contractor and LandscaperPro about that request. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in automated text messages.

If you affirmatively select the optional text-message checkbox, or give express consent through an authorized contractor intake channel, you agree to receive automated transactional project updates from the named contractor, sent using LandscaperPro. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, only a START reply from the same number restores automated messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. We retain the consent time, source, and telephone number so the permission stays bound to the number that opted in. We do not send marketing texts or use purchased, rented, or scraped contact lists.

If you text a contractor's tracked number, we log the message and forward it to the contractor so they can follow up.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, excluding the service providers listed below acting on our behalf.

Who we share information with

• The contractor fulfilling your request (and, where they work with a network, the vetted contractor assigned to your job) — so they can contact you and prepare your estimate.
• Service providers that operate the platform on our behalf — phone and SMS infrastructure (Twilio and Textbelt), email delivery, hosting, storage, and, when you allow optional analytics, PostHog, Meta, Google, and OpenAI measurement services. They may process your information only to provide those services.
• Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of the service.

Retention & your choices

We keep request and SMS consent records for as long as needed to provide the service, honor opt-outs, and meet legal obligations. To access, correct, or delete your information, email support@landscaperproai.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
